April Galici-Pochmara is a self-made entrepreneur and a motivated net worker. As Senior Creative Representative at The Rosh Group, Pochmara is the liaison between the photographer and the client, a project manager, a key figure in new business development and client relations, a sales negotiator and a public relations agent. She also owns and operates AK Promotions & PR, specializing in writing, media relations and publicity for a few select clients, including The Rosh Group.

 

Prior to joining The Rosh Group, Pochmara was a Public Relations Account Executive for a mid-sized advertising agency in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan where she honed her skills as a PR writer, conducted media relations, developed campaigns, coordinated media events and worked extensively on several major accounts.

Pochmara is a member of several groups such as the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Automation Alley, GLIMA, Ann Arbor Ad Club, University of Michigan Alumni Association and the University Event Planners in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Through The Rosh Group and on her own, Pochmara donates her time and expertise to non-profit organizations such as Special Olympics and the Heart and Soul Foundation.

 

Pochmara graduated with honors from the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications / Public Relations and a minor in Sociology. She is an extremely creative individual who enjoys spending her free time writing and playing music, camping, sports and photography. Pochmara currently lives in White Lake Twp., Michigan with her husband Paul and son Jacob.
